We’re looking for our ‘face of EF,’ a friendly and solution-orientated person to take on the role of Student Services Coordinator for EF in Summer 2024. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody looking to gain more experience and boost their CV by working in an international environment.
What will I be doing?
1. In this role, you’ll be the member of staff that all students and staff will get to know best
2. You’ll ensure we are delivering a high level of customer service with an eye on student satisfaction, supported by an experienced operations team
What does my day-to-day look like?
As a Student Services Coordinator for the Isle of Wight, no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our summer students and some of your duties will include the following:
3. Assisting with new student intakes
4. Creating and closing student cases
5. Rebranding the school in line with current theme
6. Setting up student welcome and social areas
7. Curating daily student challenges
8. Promoting activities in the school
9. Liaising with sales colleagues to solve student problems
10. Preparing paperwork and onboarding material for new starters
11. Following up on student attendance
12. Helping students settle into their course quickly
13. Liaising with Course Leaders
Who will I be working with?
14. You’ll work closely with all school staff
15. You’ll also be working with our summer Activity Leaders and Teachers, taking care of staff welfare and light HR duties

After a summer of working as an EF Student Services Coordinator, you will enhance your creative skills and experience by working with an international team. You will be a proven problem-solver, adaptable and capable of running a successful school environment while working under pressure. The international surroundings will fine tune your communication skills as well as organisational and planning skills.
