McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Relief Care Assistant to join their team at Barnhill Court estate in Chipping Sodbury.
Base Salary: £11.58 per hour plus additional pay (see below)
Hours: To be agreed with the Estate Manager

About the role:
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Responsibilities include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, transport, shopping, and escorting residents as needed. The role is diverse, offering opportunities to make a meaningful difference through your interpersonal skills.
About you:
You should be warm, friendly, and ideally have experience in a care or support environment. A passion for enhancing the wellbeing of older people and teamwork skills are essential. Excellent customer service is a must. A QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
