A client within the Public Sector based in Kent is currently recruiting for an Energy Efficiency Contract Manager to join their Strategic Asset Management team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within an energy efficiency or building sustainability environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: The Energy Efficiency Contract Manager will be responsible for contract management of all energy efficiency works delivered under the Social Housing Warm Homes grant funding, ensuring that all properties achieve EPC C by 2030 and supporting the organisation’s Net Zero Carbon 2050 goals. The role will also involve identifying and securing additional grant funding, managing contractors, and overseeing project delivery from planning to completion.
