We're now looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front‑of‑house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
* Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale.
* Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
* Drive revenue through effective upselling and excellent guest engagement.
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service.
* Uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
* Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any issues into opportunities.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant.
* Experience in a fast‑paced venue is beneficial.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast‑paced environment.
* Positive, professional, and team‑focused.
