We're now looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front‑of‑house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
* Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
* Recruit, schedule, and develop team members.
* Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales, and stock control.
* Drive revenue through upselling and excellent guest engagement.
* Collaborate with kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
* Maintain quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
* Handle guest feedback professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality venue.
* Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hotel environment beneficial.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Positive, proactive, team‑focused, and professional.
