Description:

Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We have implemented our in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme, providing structured training and support throughout your employment. Our training integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical applications, aiming to equip Trainees with the skills for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

As a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor at Connells Survey & Valuation, one of the country's leading surveying firms, you'll have opportunities for long-term career progression, supported by a competitive remuneration package, company car, and comprehensive support to achieve AssocRICS qualification, along with ongoing mentoring and a structured career plan.

We seek individuals with a genuine passion for residential property and surveying, demonstrating commitment, loyalty, and a strong desire to develop their surveying career with us. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management and organisational abilities, are essential.

* An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
* A minimum of four years of property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher, involving direct caseload management and decision-making in property matters, in roles such as estate agency, asset management, or property management.
