What you'll be doing...
* Welcoming guests and creating a memorable first impression from check-in to check-out.
* Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with ease, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Assisting guests with questions about local attractions and amenities.
* Processing bookings and payments accurately for a hassle-free stay.
* Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
* Maintaining a professional and inviting front desk environment.
* Managing calls, emails, and reservations efficiently, even under pressure.
* Going the extra mile to accommodate special requests and enhance guest satisfaction.
