Job Title: Community Employment Advisor Salary: £31,873 - £35,664 Location: Community outreach – must have willingness to travel to meet with participants across North, West & Central London Contract: Fixed term Job Summary Trigon Recruitment are supporting a well-established national provider who are launching an integrated health and employment programme. This service integrates health recovery with employment support to create a holistic pathway for individuals. The Employment Advisor will play a key role in supporting individuals facing difficulties in the workplace due to physical health conditions, helping them return to work, remain in work, or find new employment. The role involves working in partnership with in-house medical practitioners, GP practices, and other referral partners in a community hub environment. The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach and be happy to travel as and when required.
