Sales Order Processor
Salary: £30,000
Location: Ashford
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Order Processor to join our clients team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient handling of appliance and kitchen orders, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to deliver a smooth end‑to‑end process.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Enter order data into the company's order management systems
Monitor stock levels and check product availability
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm lead times and delivery schedules
Work closely with the sales, design, and warehouse teams to support seamless order fulfilment
Raise purchase orders when required
Track orders from placement through to delivery, resolving delays or issues proactively
Provide customers with updates including order confirmations, delivery dates, and any changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, stock, and suppliers
Manage order amendments, cancellations, and returns
Process invoices associated with customer orders
Ensure all orders meet company procedures, policies, and quality standards
Skills Required:
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Confident using order processing systems, CRM or ERP platforms
Clear and professional communication skills written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple orders and competing priorities
Proactive problem-solving approach
