We are looking for a strong marketer, passionate about running a pub at the heart of their community, and capable of engaging and building relationships with locals and businesses in the area. The Opportunity

What’s expected from you:
Our pubs are food-led businesses operating Marston’s corporate menu. Ideal for self-sufficient hospitality managers with a creative flair, capable of driving sales, standards, and guest experience.
In addition to a £5,000 security deposit, you’ll need to cover legal costs (£360), insurance (excluding building insurance, which we cover), and employment responsibilities for your team. Proof of independent financial advice and a sustainable business plan, as per the Pubs Code, are required before signing the agreement. You must also obtain your personal license (assistance available) and complete induction training.
The commitment is five years, with flexibility for early exit via a six-month notice and a break clause.
