Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Private Client Associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a nationally recognised private client practice known for delivering innovative, clear and bespoke solutions to both UK and international clients.

The private client division is one of the most respected in the UK, consistently ranked by major legal directories for its depth of expertise and exceptional client service. The team supports individuals, family offices, family‑owned businesses and fiduciaries on a broad range of matters including but not limited to:
* Personal wealth structuring
* UK and international tax planning
* Asset protection
* Domestic and international estate planning
* Trusts and estates (contentious and non-contentious)

The Role
The successful candidate will join a thriving practice working on high-quality, complex matters across a diverse client base. Supported by leading practitioners across the wider firm, you will play an integral role in delivering trusted private wealth and tax advice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied caseload efficiently and proactively, taking ownership of your workstreams.
* Delivering high‑quality technical and commercial advice with clear, structured communication.
* Providing a profitable contribution to the team’s objectives and wider firm strategy.
* Participating in the billing process and demonstrating financial awareness.
* Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm positively at all times.
* Continuing to grow technical expertise with the support of mentoring and the firm’s Knowledge team.
About You
We are seeking candidates with:
* 4+ years’ PQE in private client work
* Experience across domestic and international trust and tax matters
* Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach
* Motivation to develop within a successful and growing team
Flexible Working
The firm offers a hybrid working policy, enabling employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time, with additional flexible working options available on request.
