Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor

A leading name within the Water Treatment / Legionella industry is recruiting in the North West region for a Water Treatment Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor, with a varied skillset and hardworking attitude. You will be completing ACOP L8 compliance duties in addition to carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems. You must hold the City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing, and will be expected to hit the ground running. Experience / Qualifications:
* Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor
* Will hold the City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
* Excellent technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Ideally will have undertaken Water Hygiene training courses
* Good literacy and numeracy skill level
* IT proficient
* Experienced in maintaining strong client relationships
The Role:
* Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
* Sampling from closed systems
* CWST cleans, disinfections and chlorinations
* Cleans and disinfections on cooling towers
* Mains injections
* Completing analysis on steam boilers and heated / chilled systems
* Producing detailed risk assessment and service reports
* Advising clients on found risks and recommendations
* Maintaining strong service standards
* Adhering to set deadlines and performance targets
