Role: Brand Communications Executive
We are seeking a Brand Communications Executive to join our passionate team. You will be responsible for managing the brand strategy for specific brands, ensuring they remain recognizable, current, and engaging for customers. Your role includes managing communications for banners such as B&Q, Screwfix, and Castorama.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan communication activities for range reviews based on product strategy, brand growth plans, and marketing initiatives, utilizing insights from group data, competitor benchmarking, and sales data.
2. Develop compelling brand messages that resonate with target customers and align with the value proposition.
3. Collaborate closely with the brand manager and creative teams to develop a strong brand image.
4. Communicate the brand promise consistently across all customer touchpoints.
5. Ensure all banner communications drive commercial performance.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a product brand communication role.
* Proven ability to create and implement effective communication plans.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
* Effective project management skills.
* Creative thinking for product positioning and brand content.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and teams.
