Overview
You will be responsible for handling client inquiries by managing emails and answering telephone calls. We are seeking an individual with strong customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a desire to build a successful career in a dynamic industry.
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective tenants, assess their needs, and match them with suitable properties.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and complete tenant referencing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Conduct property inspections and perform general administrative tasks.
* Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and regulations to offer informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Essential qualifications: GCSE English (grade 4) and GCSE Maths (grade 4).
* Additional qualification: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
* Experience: Customer service — 1 year (preferred); Administrative experience — 1 year (preferred).
* Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).

Salary and Benefits
Annual wage: £12,313.60 per year.
