Job description:
Role Title: T24 Production Support Specialist
Experience level: 10+ years exp
Must have skills:
Experience in Temenos T24 Core banking application with very good working knowledge on various T24 modules and ability to analyze production issues, logs and provide resolutions for the same Willingness to work from office at least 2 times a week (client office 1 day and 1 day from Infosys office) Willingness to work on Rota basis for night on call support and weekend support if required
T24 core Modules (CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL, Telleretc.)
T24 - AA loans & AA Deposits, Lending & mortgage modules UK Payment schemes Agile methodologies and Role based specific skill sets Ability to work independently, analyze and resolve incidents and manage stakeholders.
Ability to manage small teams if required
Good to Have Skills:
Administering and managing the integration of T24 Core Banking Application with external Middleware components - IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and Radware Load Balancers Recommend improvements to existing T24 technical and business processes in order to meet the Bank's requirements.
Strong Leadership & Client Facing Skills
Top 3 responsibilities:
- great understanding of various T24 modules and where they are used in Retail and commercial banking areas
- ability to analyze production issues, tickets and servicing requests, comprehend them and provide solutions and take them to closure for business operations
- coordinate with dev team for fixes testing or deployment in lower lanes, validate the working of the fixes and help in deployments
- provide support for any COB issues and login on Call for any incidents
- to work from office during UK shift
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to assist in production logs analysis, identify root cause and suggest or implement fixes for the same along with the operations or the L3 Teams. Good grasp of COB and working experience in managing COB issues and fixing them.
Excellent prior experience in production support projects using Temenos T24 for retail and commercial banking. Experience in managing business operations queries and addressing them independently.
To guide junior members and ensure that all tickets are closed within SLA and no escalations To understand the infosec processes in place and follow them without any deviations Excellent communication and proactive reach out Strong Leadership & Client Facing Skills

Strong understanding of T24 architecture and modules.
