Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager – Covering all of Northern Ireland Delivery Units!
As an Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager, you'll be at the heart of Evri's Final Mile operation, acting as the lead negotiator for key contractor accounts and a driving force behind quality, cost control, compliance, and loss prevention.
You'll work closely with regional teams, operational leaders, and external partners to secure the network, onboard and develop contractors, lead investigations, and deliver strategic initiatives that reduce risk, improve service, and drive cultural change across the operation. This is a highly visible role where your decisions directly impact performance, partnerships, and customer trust.

1. Lead negotiation and management of key contractor accounts to meet cost, service, and quality objectives
