The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Spa Attendant to join our team, who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The role:
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class spa experience. You will assist the Spa Team in providing impeccable service at all times to our guests, ensuring that every detail contributes to a serene and luxurious environment.
What you will do:
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, Vitality Pool, Fitness Centre, 10th Floor Lounge, and shower facilities.
Ensure all areas are fully stocked with towels, amenities, and refreshments.
Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable guest service, including spa orientation and directions.
Support therapists and spa reception with operational needs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
What you bring:
A genuine passion for hospitality and wellness.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and guest comfort.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is an advantage, but not essential.
