IT Support Analyst | Hardware Support | Bristol | 6 Months | Inside IR35 | £200-£250 per day | 5 Days on site
Peaple talent have partnered with a massively growing business in Bristol to grow their IT support and helpdesk capability with an analyst to focus on hardware support.
This is a first line role focussed predominantly on supporting the build and maintenance of the machines in the business;
* Desktop support on Mac, Windows and Linux Devices
* Building / Imaging machines following the set build process by the business
* Onboarding new hires with 1 to 1 sessions talking them through your build and access
* Ticket Routing
There is much more work that you can deliver should you wish to take on additional responsibility, but this is the main focus for the role.
While not guaranteed, there is a chance this could convert to a permanent role at the end of the 6 months as they will have scaled the business significantly by then.
