Service Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:
7. Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of air compressors, dryers, filters, and related compressed air equipment.
8. Troubleshoot electrical diagrams and machine faults to identify and resolve issues promptly.
9. Provide technical service, start-ups, and evaluations for various compressed air products.
10. Maintain accurate written records, including evaluations, recommendations, and reports using service software.
11. Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to growing our sales and service business.
12. Care for and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
14. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve goals.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Service Technician Qualifications:

20. Clear and effective communication skills with various stakeholders
21. Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.
22. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
23. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
24. Ability to travel within territory (rare overnight)
25. Previous field experience working on compressed air equipment is highly desired.
26. Demonstrated work history of 2 to 3 years with a service-based organization.
27. Must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license with clean driving record.
