What You’ll Do Day To Day
The service department is vital to our success. As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will enhance customer experience, fostering loyalty. Your role will be diverse, collaborating across departments with a friendly and energetic approach.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Customer service: arranging bookings, interacting face-to-face and by phone, engaging positively with customers during vehicle service.
* Administration: handling paperwork, invoices, warranty claims — training provided.
* Teamwork: collaborating with workshop and management to deliver excellent service.
* Upselling: promoting accessories and service plans — training provided.

Training Provided
Training combines virtual classroom learning and face-to-face sessions at our state-of-the-art training centres. Our trainers will guide you through e-learning, classroom, and practical sessions. Your dedicated workplace mentor will support your ongoing development, helping you apply your skills in real-world scenarios. This comprehensive training will help you develop lasting life skills, earning both Apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications.
