Pay Rate: £31,800 to £33,800. Shift Premium - 27%. Grade: N. Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time). Shift patterns: Nights Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 06:30AM; Friday 19:00PM to 02:30AM. * Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
* Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

* Previous First Line Manager Experience
