Godolphin Health is a thriving, ambitious and proudly innovative rural GP surgery – highly regarded across West Cornwall for our outstanding patient care and forward-thinking approach. We care for a list of around 9,000 patients, supported by a well-established management team including two deputies, a dedicated HR and a Finance manager, and a strong clinical workforce including five salaried GPs and three partners.
Based at our busy Praze and Connor Downs sites, we are home to an active research hub, as well as having a high-performing dispensary and being a vibrant training practice for GP registrars and medical students.
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and imaginative Practice Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our next chapter of growth. This is a rare opportunity to influence a practice that embraces new ideas, values creativity and encourages its managers to shape how primary care can—and should—look in the future.
You will take the helm of our business development, operational, HR, financial and governance functions, guiding a talented multidisciplinary team and working closely with the partners on strategic development. No two days are the same here—and we like it that way.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, purposeful environment: a natural organiser, a people person, a problem solver, and someone who enjoys turning challenges into possibilities. Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential; leadership ability, enthusiasm and vision matter most.
