Working alongside the central Chartwells Social Value Team (owners of the sectors' emerging Social Value Action Plan 2025), this role will be the driving force behind the execution of key projects within the schools. The role will also be responsible for the measurement and evaluation of the initiatives on a termly basis.Our Chartwells Social Value Action Plan is rooted in the organisation's three promises – Our Social, Climate and Wellbeing promises. It's a pivotal moment in time; and this role will contribute to the operational translation of commitments across Mitie schools so that practical, sustainable change is implemented to business as usual.
