We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Revenue Officer to join our successful team to work on Council Tax and Business Rates. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £32,962 - £36,791 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Revenue Officer to join our Revenues Team. The Role Working in our Revenues Team, you will report to the Revenues Team Leader. Your Role Will Involve Supervising and developing an enthusiastic and committed team of officers who deal with all aspects of council tax and business rates. Supporting the Team Leader in setting targets and monitoring performance. Meeting regularly with individual staff members to discuss performance and wellbeing. Representing the council at Liability Order hearings for Council Tax and Business Rates. What We Are Looking For You will have a good knowledge of council tax and business rates legislation to support the team. You will have experience of the Academy system. You will have good IT skills particularly word and excel. You will have the ability to meet challenging deadlines. What We Offer 32 days annual leave.
