Job Title: Home Manager - Home Manager- (Nursing)
Location: Bedford MK41
Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage our nursing home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing home management experience and be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN). This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and smooth operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the nursing and care staff team.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
* Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards.
* Monitor and manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and professional working environment for staff and residents.
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid registration.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Manager (applications with less experience will not be considered).
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain high-quality care standards and inspire a team.
