How will you make an impact:
The Director, Marketing will lead a global team of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). As a senior member of the business leadership team, this role will work closely with the functional leaders within HPCS and other businesses of CMD to define and implement the marketing strategy for HPLC consumables and instruments.
This role will be fully remote (work from home), based in various locations in Europe. Regular international travel (about 25% of work time), including overnight stays, will be required.

* Go-to-Market Strategy: Implement the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with commercial and segment leaders to support growth initiatives.
* Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback and voice of sales to advise roadmaps, application development, and marketing strategies.
* Campaign Development: Deploy marketing campaigns to position workflow solutions and accelerate product adoption.
* Product Launch Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product management for high-impact launch plans.
* Demand Generation: Drive demand for consumables and instrument portfolios across channels.
* Digital Marketing: Use digital solutions (SEM/SEO, social media, AI) to accelerate growth.
* Commercial Enablement: Support channel activation and increase product proficiency.
* People Leadership: Build and lead a global marketing team, fostering professional development.
How will you get here:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
* Experience: 10+ years in scientific marketing, with 5+ years leading teams; proven success in strategy, digital marketing, and market development, ideally with consumables and instruments; strong interpersonal skills; ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment; customer-focused; strategic thinker; execution-oriented; leadership skills; ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
