Job Description OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Bournemouth, BH1 Salary: £25k (pro rata) Position: Permanent – Full Time A leading Independent Estate Agency network are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Office Administrator. The ideal applicant will have a solid background in administration and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have had previous experience within an Estate Agency office. You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be computer literate in Microsoft office, have previous experience of Estate Agency software, have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to manage your time efficiently and stick to tight deadlines. You will also need to be personable, energetic and able to work as part of a successful busy team!
