3. Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Assist in preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate records.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approval of invoices.
7. Maintain and update accounts payable ledgers and records.
8. Support month-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation.
9. Respond to supplier queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
10. Assist with audits by providing accurate financial information as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
11. Experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
12. May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT)
13. Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
15. Accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
