Location: Taunton, Hybrid Working
Salary: Basic Salary up to £50,000 DOE with a generous bonus scheme. Achievable OTE of £100k year one. Plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities required Financial Advisor:
* Assessing & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
* Conducting product research
* Implementing money laundering processes
* Providing holistic financial planning services
* Conducting lifestyle planning assessments
* Presenting financial recommendations to clients
* Conducting client financial reviews
* Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
* Networking with professional partners
* Contributing to marketing initiatives
* Maintaining an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
* Participating in ongoing CPD activities
Requirements for the Financial Advisor:
* Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning)
* Experience in an authorised financial planning role with competent adviser status
* Strong ambition and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
