Bid & Sales Operations Specialist
Remote UK | Travel to partner sites as required
£45k + Uncapped team commission
I’m currently partnering with a leading cyber security specialist that delivers innovative, preventative strategies to protect organisations and their critical data. Acting as a trusted extension of their clients’ teams, they are experiencing continued growth and are looking to appoint a Bid & Sales Operations Specialist to support their commercial function.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is a high-impact role focused on bid coordination, sales enablement, and operational excellence.
You will support Account Managers by ensuring high-quality, compliant tender submissions and efficient sales processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinating RFIs, RFPs, tenders and security questionnaires
* Managing and improving the central bid content library
* Collaborating with technical teams to produce accurate, compelling submissions
* Preparing quotes, pricing and statements of work
* Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
* Supporting sales process improvement and reporting for leadership.
Essential
* 3+ years’ bid/proposal experience
* 2+ years in sales operations or inside sales
* Experience within IT, MSP, or technology environments
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* CRM proficiency and strong organisational skills
How many years of experience do you have preparing RFIs, RFPs, or tenders?
Have you worked in inside sales or sales operations in an IT or cyber security environment?
