About the Role
As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will:
* Manage your own caseload with a focus on financial remedy work and other family law matters
* Advise clients on complex and sensitive issues, providing clear and practical guidance
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality service
* Contribute to business development and networking opportunities to build a strong profile in the local market
* Support, supervise, and mentor more junior team members

About You
* 5+ years' PQE in family law, with significant experience in financial remedy work
* Strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
* Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and sensitively
* Experience working in or knowledge of the Cambridge market is advantageous
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with strong attention to detail
