Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead international commercial expansion across the UK, Europe, and North America. This role focuses on driving adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies in sectors such as specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energetic materials, and other process-intensive industries.
You will be responsible for opening new markets, securing new clients, and building recurring revenue streams through sales, licensing, and process services. This is a strategic growth role with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target companies in specialty chemicals, pharma, advanced manufacturing, and related sectors.
* Develop go-to-market strategies for continuous-processing solutions across multiple regions.
* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Own the full sales cycle: technical qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
* Engage with senior decision-makers and communicate the value of continuous processing (cost, sustainability, safety).
* Provide market intelligence and help shape commercial strategy, pricing, and licensing models.
