Finance Manager – Ewloe (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
* Lead part of our Transactional Finance team covering Management Accounts, Performance Reporting and Payables/Receivables.
* Own and improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
* Streamline processes and strengthen controls.
* Handle statutory and technical reporting, including new initiatives.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve business performance.
* Spot and drive cost‑saving or revenue opportunities.
* Translate finance data into clear, actionable insight.
* Co‑coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
* Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and another Finance Manager to run a high‑performing team.
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualification, particularly relevant to technical reporting.
* Strong grounding in financial and tax reporting (IFRS, UK GAAP, Corporate Tax, VAT, PAYE).
* Experience with group year‑end reporting and audit delivery.
* Confidence analysing complex accounting topics and explaining them clearly.
* A collaborative style that builds trust and challenges constructively.
* Curiosity about how the business makes money.
* A proactive mindset and a habit of improving processes.
* The desire and ability to lead, coach and develop others.
