Job Description As a Digital Content Writer within Frasers Group, you will be part of our Copy Editorial team and will be responsible for creating unique, engaging and informative product descriptions and completing product attributes via our supplier portal and in-house tools. You will work with our Editor – AI Commercial on ensuring all products are fully enriched and ready for seamless exciting product launches, which there will be a few! Alongside your main responsibility to deliver best-in-class product descriptions, you will also work closely with the Copy Editorial Lead and Editor – Sport to craft copy across brand touchpoints, including but not limited to emails, site content, social copy and blog articles. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Adding product descriptions and completing product attributes via our supplier portal and PIM tools. • Optimising new and existing product content with best practices. • Writing copy across various brand touchpoints. • Writing and uploading blog articles. • Maintaining KPI targets. • Learn and implement SEO best practices into your content and overall work, including working with AI. • Strong attention to detail to spot and correct digital content and write content that will enhance user experience. • Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Editor – AI Commercial. • Undertaking minor admin tasks, to the requirements of the department.
