Project Manager
Inspired Projects are a forward-thinking commercial design and fit-out contractor seeking to expand our small team to support the delivery of our significant project pipeline and revenue growth. This is a permanent, full-time role of 40 hours per week, based from the Manchester Head Office but supporting projects nationally.
We are looking for a professional experienced in construction or refurbishment works who can manage a project from inception to completion within an environment where exceptional delivery standards are the norm. The ideal candidate will have a proven-track record of the delivery of fit-out projects, demonstrating that they are able to play an integral role in project programming, and the appointment and management of sub-contractors. This role demands extensive travel to support projects operating concurrently UK-wide, to ensure visible leadership, commercial control and compliance with our company's ethos of high-quality service delivery. Travel and accommodation is fully compensated.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader of people as well as projects, and possesses the professional confidence to work alone and make key commercial decisions on a day-to-day basis without direct supervision. Our projects frequently involve FF&E implementation as well as M&E, so we need someone with experience of reading drawings and project documents, with the eye for detail to help realise our Designer's vision.
We have recently invested in management software to support a period of significant growth expected in 2025/6. The role will promote active engagement, and support the wider team and supply chain with our new centralised project management system. This includes conducting compliance audits, snagging and managing subsequent actions. This role will also assist with the creation of project documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

· Being an on-site presence
Desirable/ Useful:
· RICS, CIOB, certification, or Graduate status in a construction field.
· Project Management certification such as Prince2 or PMI-CP
· Experience of ProCore Software or similar
· Strong IT skills, MS Planner/Project, MS packages
· Evidencable team management experience
· Well presented, organised and discreet.
