This role is ideal if you: • Former Royal Navy CIS / WE(C) / Communications specialists • Civilian communications, RF, IT, telecoms, or systems engineers • Technical professionals with hands on experience who want to move into training Job title: Training Delivery Instructor (Navy Communications) Job Description: What you'll be doing As a Training Delivery Instructor, you'll deliver Communications Systems training to Royal Navy students on Phase 2 and Phase 3 Weapons Engineering courses. You'll: Deliver engaging, high-quality Communications training across the Weapons Engineering Department Support learners in classroom, simulated and synthetic training environments Use performance insight and learner feedback to continuously improve training delivery Work closely with Training Delivery and Learning & Development teams to support personalised learning Maintain consistent quality and standards across all Communications training Contribute to the introduction of new and modernised training as Selborne continues to evolve What we're looking for: Essential Practical experience of Royal Navy or equivalent communications systems Desirable Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring or instruction A Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to complete one - we'll support you) If you're technically strong and motivated to develop others, we'll help you grow into the instructor role.
