Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and ultimately driving sales. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
* Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
* Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and persuasive manner.
* Driving isn't mandatory, however drivers incentive is included.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £200.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
