What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
* Join a highly successful team at an exciting time, through an incredible period of growth
* Assist in the administration of our Trade Mark database
* Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches
* Support fee earners on litigation matters
* Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands
* Offer further support to our fee earners and team on other complex matters
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
* Some paralegal experience along with the experience or specific desire to work in an IP/Trade Mark team.
* Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude
* The ability to develop and demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude in making decisions on a day to day basis
* A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills
