Instrument Technology Ltd (ITL Vacuum) is a UK based company specialising in the manufacture of vacuum components. We supply a wide range of standard and non-standard components, fittings, and vessels within a range of industries across the globe, utilising vacuum techniques. These include semi-conductor, research, energy, medical and general industrial vacuum users.
Sales Ledger/Credit Control:
· Sending customer invoices and statements
· Posting customer receipts
· Chasing overdue accounts
· Liaising with Sales Dept to solve customer queries
Cashflow reconciliation:
· Download bank statements each morning
· Reconcile cash availability from Invoice Finance
· Liaise with Accounts Payable to update daily reconciliation on Excel
Essential Skills:
· Computer literacy
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
· Up-to-date working knowledge of finance packages, preferably Sage
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Confidence to chase customers for payment by phone and email
Salary: c. £13,000 - £16,000 depending on hours and experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
