We're now looking for an experienced and organised Office Manager / Business Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the business and support the leadership team.
About the Role:
This is a key role in our company, supporting the directors and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring we stay compliant with industry and legal standards, managing basic bookkeeping, coordinating marketing activities, and providing some personal assistance to the directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee daily operations of the office, manage suppliers, organise meetings, and ensure smooth internal communications.
Compliance: Make sure the company remains compliant with industry regulations, insurance requirements, and health & safety policies.
