Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Join our team as a Senior Care Assistant, where you'll care for residents as if they were your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals, as well as managing medication rounds and leading shifts.
We welcome applications from individuals with previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker. Full training will be provided, and we also encourage candidates without senior experience but with a passion for care and a valid qualification to apply.

About You
We're looking for kind, caring individuals eager to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have:
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential)
* Experience in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential)
* Experience leading a team
* A committed, organized approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Flexibility to work shifts
