You'll manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, renewals, and upselling opportunities, while also developing new business through leads, referrals, and proactive outreach. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that add real value, all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What They're Looking For They're seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with proven B2B sales and/or account management experience, ideally within a service-led industry. You'll be commercially astute, target-driven, and confident in building long-term client relationships while spotting opportunities to grow accounts. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach are essential, along with a full UK driving licence.
