Role Overview
As a Hub Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding our staff teams to deliver exceptional day opportunities and complex services. Your leadership will ensure that our care is person‑centred and strengths‑based, helping individuals connect with their communities and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver top‑notch services.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and medication standards.
* Maintain quality and practice standards across multiple sites.
* Supervise and support staff, managing performance and HR processes.
* Manage budgets and operational resources effectively.
* Communicate clearly with service users, carers, professionals, and stakeholders.
* Respond appropriately to emergencies, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Qualifications Requirements
* Relevant care and management qualifications.
* Leadership experience in a social care setting.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
* Competence in ICT to manage information effectively.
* A commitment to professional standards and continuous improvement.
