A shift manager supports the pub manager and, when running a shift, takes responsibility for the pub’s operation by motivating, supporting, and organising the team, responding to customers, delegating tasks, and working in all areas of the business, including the kitchen and behind the bar. In addition, the shift manager ensures compliance with company operating standards and legislation, handles customer service, administration, and cash management.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £28,167, increasing to £29,363 after probation and training.
