Job Title: Colleague Experience Lead
Location: Wherstead Park, Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week at Head Office)

Are you passionate about creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, connected, and inspired? We’re looking for a Colleague Experience Lead to join our People Business Partnering team at the East of England Co-op.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, and overall colleague experience across our Co-op. From managing our Values in Practice (VIP) Awards to driving engagement surveys and turning insights into action, you’ll help build a culture where every colleague can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design, deliver and oversee colleague engagement and recognition initiatives aligned to our strategy.
* Own and manage the Values in Practice (VIP) Awards, celebrating colleague contributions.
* Lead the delivery of engagement and pulse surveys, analysing results and identifying actions.
* Partner with leaders and People teams to embed colleague voice and engagement in decision-making.
* Monitor and report on engagement metrics, translating insights into continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in HR, colleague engagement or internal communications.
* Proven track record managing surveys, feedback or recognition programmes.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into meaningful actions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Project management capability and a creative approach to engagement.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (desirable).
