An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our growing and dynamic Trade Engagement Team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as Vista Trade Support, playing a key role in supporting both our Trade Partners and Trade Engagement Partners.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, including the preparation of reports and analysis, assisting with the delivery of engaging training sessions, and responding to Trade Partner queries. You will work closely with the wider Trade Engagement Team to help strengthen relationships, enhance partner engagement, and ensure a consistent high level of service.
This is a full-time, permanent, Head Office based position and will require a flexible approach, including the ability to travel when needed to support branch visits, events, and trade activity. Vista is a 7 day trading operation and you will be required to work hours per week across these days.
Key Role and Responsibilities
1. MI and reporting – Daily, Weekly and Monthly trading reports.
2. Administrative duties supporting Trade Engagement Partners
3. Managing social media channels, keeping them engaging and interactive
4. Vista Portal assistance, answering calls, live chats and emails from Trade Partners, supporting them with their queries.
5. Design and conduct engaging Vista portal training sessions for our Trade Partners.
6. Preparation of data for branch visits.
7. Assist Trade Engagement Partners with planning of events.
8. Flexibility to attend in person trade events and branch visits when required.
9. Monitor Trade Partner feedback and ensure this is shared with the wider Vista Teams.
10. Produce artwork to be used for the Vista Trade Page.
Skills & Experience
Essential
11. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
12. Ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports.
13. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Comfortable engaging with partners via multiple communication channels.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
16. Experience delivering training or presentations.
17. Knowledge of social media management and content creation.
18. Basic graphic design skills ( Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
19. Experience working in a trade, retail, or partner-focused environment.
