As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to tills, you’ll keep moving, help the store run smoothly and ensure customers receive the service they deserve. What you’ll do
* Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests
* Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store
* Provide excellent customer service
* Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
* Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products
What you’ll need
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexibility to start early or finish late
* A positive approach to changing priorities
* Drive and passion to work hard and make your store a success
* A friendly demeanor to inspire your team and help customers
