Commercial Manager Location: Alconbury Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Salary £40,000 DOE We’re working with a fantastic business who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving growth, developing customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to the market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG or retail account management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact. Duties Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers. Driving growth strategies and identifying new commercial opportunities. Supporting new product launches and seasonal ranges across peak trading periods (Christmas, Easter, Spring). Collaborating cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure smooth delivery. Overseeing sales forecasting, pricing, and category management. Resolving challenges quickly to maintain outstanding customer service. The Candidate Proven experience in a commercial/account management role within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced sector. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot and leverage opportunities. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with ERP systems (such as Rubicon) would be an advantage. A proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to work.
