Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up new systems with ease. You should have a good telephone manner and not be afraid of speaking with clients or HMRC. This role touches on various areas within our business and no two days will be the same. Training will be provided in specialist areas and systems below.
Hours & Holiday
You will work Monday to Friday and spread your hours across these days. Our core hours are 10am to 2pm, in order to liaise with other team members. We are open to flexible working and you can work from home at least 2 days per week.
We close between Christmas and New Year and everyone has extra holiday for this period, along with their birthday off.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding new clients
* Updating our CRM and other internal systems
* Filing confirmation statements with Companies House
* Running director-only payrolls
* Organising events
* Maintaining training and holiday records
* Monitoring and actioning shared email inboxes
* Support various projects by conducting research and compiling information as needed.

This role is designed for someone who is a good trouble shooter, who sees opportunities for streamlining processes, problem solver, can identify gaps and implement efficiencies. Someone who is happy to go the extra mile to resolve a problem, or to support the team when they need help along with being a really organized person who will ensure our systems and processes are followed.
This is an evolving role and will develop over time with key input by the team member.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
