Interim Project Accountant – Finance Reporting (ERP Implementation)
Nottingham (2 days per week on-site, remaining remote)
6 Month fixed term contract
We’re seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our clients finance ERP system implementation team on a 6 month interim basis. This role is crucial in supporting to develop out our clients core finance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver essential finance reports, including P&L, Sales and Margin Analysis, Credit Control, and other standard reporting
* Collaborate with the implementation team and key business areas to integrate and enhance reporting processes, ensuring accurate and insightful financial information
* Data reconciliation, data migration and report testing ahead of go live
* Review of functionality and collaborating with the business to understand key requirements
* Apply advanced MS Excel skills to create robust, detailed financial reports that meet organisational needs
Key Requirements:
* Qualified and seasoned Accountant with experience in finance report building
* Strong MS Excel proficiency and a proven track record in creating complex finance reports
* Prior experience working on ERP or system implementation projects is highly desirable
* Availability to work 2 days per week on site in Nottingham, with the remaining time remote
