Finance Graduate Hays Non-Qualified Finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate opportunity with a well-established organisation based in Swansea. This role reports into a Management Accountant and plays a key part in supporting the financial performance of a busy operational environment. It offers excellent exposure across core finance activities, with the opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and wider business improvement initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include: Supporting daily financial reporting and performance analysis, including costs, efficiency, and key operational metrics Assisting with costing and financial analysis, maintaining accurate records and supporting insight generation Contributing to month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with wider business teams Carrying out margin and variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support planning and financial decision-making Supporting process improvements and finance-related projects as you develop within the role This position would suit a finance graduate who is analytical, organised, and keen to build a long-term career in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Finance (or similar) is required, along with a willingness to study towards CIMA or ACCA - with a full study support package provided.
